Tesco Centre

Located in the heart of West Bromwich, the Tesco Centre will form a new shopping and leisure destination which will dramatically increase and refresh the area’s retail offering. The new facilities will attract shoppers and visitors from across the region and put West Bromwich on the map, making it one of the premier shopping centre in the West Midlands.

This lively £200+ million retail-led, mixed use development, designed by leading retail architects Lyons Sleeman and Hoare, will include a major shopping centre anchored by a Tesco Extra store. It will include a 90,000 sq ft department store, 10,700 sq ft of leisure facilities, a 6 screen cinema, a range of cafés and bars as well as 217,000 sq ft of high street shops.

This development will offer a lot more than a Tesco store. It will provide a phenomenal amount of leisure and retail space, attracting major brand names and investment to the area. The leisure element will kick-start the Town Centre’s evening economy.

The Tesco Centre will be linked to the rest of the town centre by high quality public space, creating a cosmopolitan feel that local people will be proud of.
