Junction One

There is a significant amount of new development planned for the heart of West Bromwich in the next few years. Once the office market in West Bromwich is more mature consideration will be given to the development of a Business Park around the motorway junction. The site has tremendous potential offering fantastic transport links and easy access to the Town Centre, less than a mile away.

Junction One could form part of the next stage in the expansion of West Bromwich. Building on the success of All Saints, the scheme will help raise the design and environmental standards in the area, further developing West Bromwich’s office market.
