Soho Park & Foundry

Located in North Smethwick, east of the M5, Soho Park is a longer term project for RegenCo. Just under 20 hectares, the area is home to a number of old industrial buildings in poor condition, many of which are vacant or under occupied.

Steeped in strong industrial heritage Soho Park offers a tremendous amount of potential and opportunity for redevelopment. The RegenCo team are working to bring this part of Smethwick back to life and create modern employment-led mixed use schemes.

Included within Soho Park is the Grade II listed Soho Foundry building. RegenCo, in partnership with Sandwell MBC and English Heritage are leading the restoration of the heritage buildings ultimately creating a mixed use leisure, commercial and industrial scheme.
