As the new Town Centre for West Bromwich takes shape other complementary developments are also being progressed as part of the regeneration of Sandwell.

One of RegenCo’s longer term projects, the Hill Top area is located adjacent to the A41 Black Country New Road within close proximity to West Bromwich Town Centre.

The regeneration of this area will centre on the development of ‘green industries’. The key driving force behind this will be a planned Resource Recovery Park to kick-start the area’s regeneration.

One of the fastest growing industries, recycling will help nurture a higher quality employment market, create a significant number of jobs and ultimately act as a catalyst for the revival of Hill Top.
