RegenCo is working in partnership with Stoford Developments to deliver the first BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office building in the Black Country. This high quality commercial development will deliver some 300,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in the heart of West Bromwich. All Saints will be the first office development in the area since the 1970’s.

The company has a track record of consistent delivery of sensitive and challenging development projects.

Stoford has completed or is committed to projects worth in excess of £500 million with a total floorspace of 4.5 million sq ft.

Landmark projects include Spa Park, a 35 acre distribution and production park in Leamington Spa, Stonebridge Cross, a 77 acre business park near Droitwich. A recent project is the proposed new headquarters facility for Severn Trent Water Ltd in Coventry town centre.

Within Sandwell Stoford has developed 50,000 sq ft of offices to Npower, 110,000 sq ft to Centrica for offices at Junction Two, 85,000 sq ft warehouse to Glynwed, a 35,000 sq ft hybrid office/shed to Trifast Plc and most recently a scheme of 54,000 sq ft of industrial starter units in Great Bridge.

Stoford has developed projects with funding partners such as HSBC, Morley, Axa and Merrill Lynch. It has now also set up its own investment fund to expand its warehouse and office portfolio nationwide.

Privately owned, and based in the prestigious Lancaster House, Birmingham city centre, Stoford currently has a staff of 20.
