Working High quality, fresh, and invigorating work environments - that’s what we will bring to West Bromwich and the surrounding area.
The area deserves the best and through world class, environmentally sustainable architecture and inspirational public space we will help bring West Bromwich into the 21st century, giving it the ‘wow factor’ it warrants.
The £1.1 billion regeneration of the town centre will kick-start the beginning of a sustainable office market for West Bromwich, bringing with it over 10,000 new jobs in the next 5 to 10 years.
Setting the benchmark for office developments will be All Saints. A series of Grade A offices offering a range of sizes/floorplates, located just off Junction One of the M5, adjacent to the retail core. This key gateway site will attract new knowledge based industries and blue chip companies, creating 2,000 new jobs as well as safeguarding a further 1,000.
This area was once the powerhouse of the economy and by providing the right combination of buildings, environment and skills will support growth of existing boundries and attract new companies so that the area again drives economic success.
"We have felt for some time that West Bromwich town centre, located at the heart of the West Midlands can become a real force to be reckoned with.
"All Saints will be the first major new office scheme in the town since the 1970s and will provide a second to none working environment for potential occupiers. It is set in a fantastic location, adjacent to the new shopping centre making West Bromwich a great place to be."
