Peter joined RegenCo from Birmingham City Council where he was instrumental in bringing forward major regeneration projects across the City, including Aston Science Park & schemes within The Jewellery Quarter. Peter’s principal projects are All Saints and the New Sandwell College but he is also working on bringing forward the regeneration of Hill Top.

At All Saints Peter will help deliver the first BREEAM excellent building in the Black Country, championing quality and eco-friendly office environments. Similarly, the New Sandwell College will provide a modern, high spec learning environment, aimed to engage students and help increase educational attainment levels in Sandwell.
