Laura discovered her passion for regeneration four years ago and has completed her studies for her MSc in Real Estate Management and is continuing her APC towards her professional RICS accreditation. She graduated with a degree in Geography in 2001, joining RegenCo in 2005 from Black Country Investment where she previously worked on the Property Investment Programme.

Laura is leading on Eastern Gateway, an area east of West Bromwich town centre where there is significant opportunity for redevelopment. The plans for this ‘gateway’ to the town centre will kick start a transformational residential market, whilst providing office and retail space for independent businesses. This area will help to raise the status of West Bromwich to that of a premier centre west of Birmingham.
