Karen is well-armed with over 20 years of private sector experience in property investment and development. Since joining RegenCo in November 2006 she has been the driving force behind the RegenCo team - coordinating the range of developments that are taking shape and helping to raise the profile of West Bromwich, both regionally and nationally.

Things are really starting to take off now and Karen has been instrumental in ensuring that over £250 million of new development starts on site next year (2009) within West Bromwich Town Centre, unlocking the potential for a further £800 million. This is a phenomenal amount of investment and is much deserved in the area.
