Our Role

RegenCo is the Urban Regeneration Company for West Bromwich, Smethwick and Hill Top.

Established by the three founding partners Sandwell Metropolitian Borough Council, English Partnerships, the National Regeneration Agency and Advantage West Midlands, the Regional Development Agency, our aim is to undertake physical regeneration to attract new investment to West Bromwich by promoting opportunity and wealth creation for employers, residents, the community and investors, to ensure that Sandwell reclaims its economic position and plays its full part in the 21st century.

Over the long term it aims to improve the physical landscape of the region for all, creating a modern environment for working, living, education and leisure.
