RegenCo says new partner in place for Sandwell Facelift

Regenco, the urban regeneration company for Sandwell, has announced its choice of development partner to help take forward the 300,000 sq ft Grade A All Saints office park in West Bromwich.
 
Birmingham-based Stoford has signed a development agreement with Regenco and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, and is starting work on detailed plans for the scheme, heralding a major step forward in the regeneration of the town.
 
This important new development has been further endorsed with the news that BT will be taking 120,000 sq ft, £35m office building on the site. The BT building is the first of between five and eight Grade A office buildings proposed for the site, together totalling 300,000 sq ft, and with an investment end value in the region of £70 million.
