The overdue renaissance of West Bromwich took a step forward this week as Urban Regeneration Company, Regenco struck two major deals at it’s £70 Million All Saints Scheme.
Regenco and landowner, Sandwell Council have signed a Development Agreement with Birmingham based Stoford Developments to bring forward 300,000 sq ft All Saints Scheme. The pair have also secured a 120,000 sq ft pre-let to Telecom’s Giant, BT.
Around 40,000 sq ft of the building will be occupied by outsourcing provider, BT Liberata, which earlier this year, secured a £300 Million IT and Business Process Outsourcing Contract with Sandwell Council.
The £35 M BT Building will be the first of between 5-8 Grade A offices proposed for the 11.4 acre site. Discussions with two other potential occupiers for buildings of 74,000 sq ft and 45,000 sq ft are continuing. Regenco Chief Executive, Karen Walker said “this is an important moment in West Bromwich”. We have been working hard to open up All Saints because it has such great potential as a major gateway site for the town.
