RegenCo's dedicated magazine to be published

RegenCo and publisher 3Fox International are publishing the second issue of Renew Sandwell magazine in July. Featuring the Black Country Study and the hugely significant impact of its findings on West Bromwich, issue two also offers a thorough analysis of the market for office space in this part of the West Midlands, and much more.

Vital to developers, investors and others, Renew Sandwell also provides up-to-date information about the specific developments in RegenCo's remit. That is a 1,200 hectare regeneration zone, containing over 220 hectares of identified development opportunities including: 400,000 sq m of retail, 270,000 sq m of industrial and 100,000 sq m of office developments, in addition to 6,000 new homes.
