Knight rides into West Mids URC

Alan Knight has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive and Development Director at West Midlands urban regeneration company Sandwell RegenCo.

The former development director at CALA Properties has been brought in to replace Chris White, who quit in December to join Castlemore Securities.

Knight, who had been at CALA for five years, will start at RegenCo on 1 March and will represent the URC at MIPIM. Sandwell RegenCo was set up in 2003 to regenerate West Bromwich and the neighbouring areas of Smethwick and Hill Top
