RegenCo is THE Urban Regeneration Company for West Bromwich, Smethwick and Hill Top.

Established by the three founding partners Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, the National Regeneration Agency English Partnerships and Advantage West Midlands, the Regional Development Agency, our aim is to undertake physical regeneration to attract new investment to West Bromwich.

We have a clear vision that is being delivered through our expert team and   by promoting opportunity and wealth creation for employers, residents, the community and investors, we will ensure that Sandwell reclaims its economic position and plays its full part in the 21st century.
